The Holiday Duo Gift has 87 reviews at 4.85 on its own page. That proof can lead shoppers into over 300 blends.

Danilo Vicioso

Who I am

  • Former COO of Tabs. Built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it.
  • Founded Mainstreet, a consumer home-services platform: a team of 70, $25M raised (Greylock, Khosla, YC, Tim Ferriss). It failed.
  • Before that: Quintessential Ventures, an early seat at a high-growth startup, and entrepreneur-in-residence at Prehype.
  • I'm moving into growth specifically. The creative and top-of-funnel work is what I want to be doing every day.

What I noticed

  • The Holiday Duo Gift costs $33.95 and shows 87 reviews at 4.85, read from the page data. That is real proof sitting on a single gift page.
  • Free shipping starts at $59+. The Chamomile Trio sits at $53.97, struck down from $59.97, just under that line, a natural spot for a nudge to add one more item.
  • Gingerbread Festival, Tin of 30 Sachets costs $18.50, and its page says each sachet brews one 12 oz. cup of tea. The same line repeats across the tins, so ad copy can reuse it.

What I built

What I'd do here

  • My KPI: scale ad spend, hold target CAC. Everything else follows from that, whether the order is an $18.50 tin or a $125.95 collection.
  • Week to week: launching a bunch of different experiments, losers killed early. One variable per test, starting with the gift sets and the tins.
  • Creators: home tea drinkers brewing a 12 oz. cup, gift givers opening the Holiday Duo Gift, and matcha beginners with the Starter Kit.
  • Reporting so you never have to ask. Daily CAC. Weekly what we learned. Monthly cohort payback, tied to orders that clear the $59+ free-shipping line.
  • Event tracking I'd spec and work through with your team. That part isn't me. Your review widgets load by script, so I'd verify them there.

Two creators join each week, up to 10 live by week six, each posting seven videos a week. New ads and landing pages follow the creators: 12 ads at the start, 20 by week five. Proposed.

Creator videos a week = creators live × videos per creator. Week 1: 0 × 7 = 0; Week 2: 2 × 7 = 14; Week 3: 4 × 7 = 28; Week 4: 6 × 7 = 42; Week 5: 8 × 7 = 56; Week 6: 10 × 7 = 70.

How I'd start

  • Build a claims sheet from your own product pages so every creator script uses only wording you already publish about the teas.
  • Pair the Holiday Duo Gift with its review rating in the first batch of ads, one variable per test, and read results daily.

I'd love to chat if this makes sense. Grab a time here.
